I nearly fell of my chair when I visited Apartment Therapy a few days ago and saw our Ikea Rast Sidetable project. Although they had previously featured them, it was nice to see our tables as the main image in a roundup of tables. (See our original post on the tables here) When I saw the post I remembered that Jen, a reader in New Mexico sent me a link to this. Did any of you spot the following in InStyle Magazine?
I'm proud that our very own Style at Home was first on this trend. ;) Although I'm not a huge fan of this makeover (I prefer Style at Home's original version, and ours more) I kind of adore the knobs they used. Image via Paris Apartment. (where you can get the knobs)

Like yours more but agree, those knobs are delicious!
OMG, that is SO cool! You're going to have to save that magazine in a special place so that it doesn't get mixed up with the others.
I'm excited for you! : )
Definitely like your makeover the best. The stain+paint look is fabulous. I spotted it on AT and that's how I made way over to your blog!

Yours is by far the lovelier, but hey, look at you!! What a trendsetter.

Love yours too; the pulls you chose are fab and the juxtaposition of the stained body & white drawers is gorgeous and very on trend :-) This one is fun, though. How terrific is it to see the different creative interpretations of the rast dresser?!

I love a good rast makeover. I did one too before Christmas

Congrats on being featured at Apartment Therapy!
I love your Rast makeover! So much I bought two for myself, followed your instructions, and I'm now loving them in my bedroom. I used a dark walnut stain, and I'm so happy with the results.
Please keep up the great DIY projects! You have fantastic ideas that I love reading about.
yum!
